The design of this castor includes vidlicu series 623 with mounting doskou na four otvory, vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 4 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6 for zvýšenú durability against corrosion. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami ensures precise rotáciu and long service life, while the tesnenie otočia protects pred nečistotami. Model is vybavený brake typu F, which locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling. Wheel series CZC má vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and praskaniu, with prírodnou bielou farbou; is suitable for lakovne with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, which platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Use klzného bearing, tvoreného material wheel centre, allows maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances v demanding environments.

Discription of the brake F:

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
