The design series 623 CZC includes swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 4 mm and pozinkovanej vidlice, which increases durability against corrosion. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia achieves smooth and quiet operation. Model is vybavený klzným bearing, which ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, which ho suitable for short transport distances. Wheel series CZC má vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with farbou prírodná biela, suitable for lakovne and teploty pece krátkodobo do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C (teplotná durability platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom). Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, which increases safety and stability during handling. An ideal choice for industrial applications, where vyžaduje reliability and resistance to náročným podmienkam.

  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
