The design of this castor includes vidlicu series 623X vyrobenú z nerezového plechu, which provides high resistance to corrosion and external vplyvom. Dvojité axial bearing with nerezovými guličkami guarantees plynulý and reliable chod, while the mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia for zvýšenú safety. Wheel series CZC is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with prírodnou bielou farbou. Use is suitable for lakovne, with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, which platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Klzné bearing v wheel centre ensures maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt, zmenám prostredia and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances. Thanks to tejto kombinácii materiálov and technických parametrov offers spoľahlivé and efektívne riešenie for various industrial applications.

Bracket 623X series:

Swivel castor for with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • stainless steel
  • double axial bearing with stainless steel balls

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
