The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors spočíva v spojení pozinkovanej vidlice with mounting doskou na four otvory and polyamide wheel. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamidu the wheel achieves high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Klzné bearing ensures maintenance-free operation with odolnosťou to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Toto stredne odolné version is optimalizované for straight polyurethane floor and short transport distances, while tesnenie otoča increases reliability v demanding conditions.

  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
