The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes wheel centre z impact-resistant polyamidu with vrubovou húževnatosťou and antikoróznym povrchom, which is mechanicky combined with termoplastickým polyurethane tread for excellent elasticity and absorpciu záťaže. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi ensures smooth and durable movement, while the zinc-plated vidlica without Cr6 and tesnenie otočenia zvyšujú resistance to corrosion and dirt. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, which increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for ručné transport equipment na short aj dlhšie vzdialenosti, where important gentleness k podlahám and maintenance-free operation.

Bracket 624 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • medium-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel PUC series:

Wheel center:

  • impact-resistant structural polyamide
  • reinforced bearing rib
  • corrosion-resistant
  • color natural white

Tread:

  • thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel cente
  • good elasticity and absorption of high load capacity
  • notch toughness
  • very good floor preservation
  • non-marking
  • brown color
Application:
  • manual handling equipment
  • short transport distances (PUC-K)
  • long transport distances(PUC-G)

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
