The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vidlicu series 624 with mounting doskou na four otvory, which allows simple and bezpečnú installation. Wheel centre z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced rebrovaním provides high durability against corrosion, while the liate polyurethane elastomérové behúne are non-detachably chemicky spojené with wheel centre, which guarantees excellent elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load. Thanks to dvojitému radiálnemu ball bearing with krytmi and tesneniu otočenia achieves castor nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, thereby saves energiu and reduces opotrebovanie. Mechanizmus brake typu T allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, which increases safety during handling. Polyuretánový tread nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor, which ho robí vhodným for široké spektrum industrial prostredí including miest so strednými nerovnosťami and nepretržitou prevádzkou.

Bracket 624 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • medium-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALUE series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

 Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • green color RAL 6029
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
