The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 624, vyrobenú z pozinkovaného steel plechu thickness 4 až 5 mm, which ensures strednú durability and protection against corrosion. Mechanizmus brake T allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety and stability during handling. Wheel series CPC is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, thereby is suitable for various industrial prostredia. Use klzného bearing, tvoreného material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí optimálnym for short transport distances na rovných alebo polyuretánových floors. Thanks to tejto kombinácii materiálov and technických parametrov ideálne slúži for equipment with trvalou záťažou, ponúkajúc reliability and long service life.

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
