The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 627 with pozinkovanou finish without Cr6 and vysokoodolným oceľovým plechom, which increases service life v demanding conditions. Wheel centre is made z vysoko odolnej zváranej oceľovej konštrukcie with lakovaným sivým povrchom, while tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which guarantees excellent elasticity and absorpciu vysokých záťaží without poškodzovania floors. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi and kuželíkovému bearing v smerovej otoči achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, ideálne for nepretržitú operation na tvrdých aj mäkkých industrial floors with miernymi nerovnosťami. Toto riešenie is optimálne for applications vyžadujúce reliability and non-marking operation.
