The series model 627 ZU predstavuje vysoko durable variant swivel rolovacieho castors with brake. The design includes oceľovú vidlicu z pozinkovaného plechu thickness 8-10 mm, which ensures stability and resistance to corrosion. Wheel centre is made z tvárnených oceľových plechov with lakovaným sivým povrchom, while the tread z liateho polyurethane elastoméra provides excellent elasticity and absorbciu vysokých záťaží. Thanks to chemickému spojeniu tread with wheel centre is castor nerozoberateľné and odolné against poškodeniu. Use dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk v kombinácii with axiálno-radiálnym ball bearing and kuželíkovým bearing v smerovej otočite ensures plynulý and quiet operation with nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, where vyhovuje nepretržitej operation and nepoškodzuje ani nefarbí surfaces. Mechanizmus brake P with dvojpákovým prevedením ON/OFF allows quick zablokovanie rotation wheel, thereby increases safety and control during handling.
