The series model 633 CFZ predstavuje fixed rolovacie castor with konštrukčným solution založeným na montážnej doske na four otvory and pozinkovanej vidlici z steel plechu without Cr6. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, wheel centre vykazuje high resistance to prasknutiu and temperatures krátkodobo do +300 °C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +250 °C, which ho robí vhodným for pekárenské prostredia. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, thereby is an ideal choice for short transport distances. Toto riešenie combines durability and funkčnosť for demanding industrial applications.

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
