The design of this pevného rolovacieho castors includes hliníkový wheel centre with vylepšeným rebrovaním for zvýšenú strength and antikoróznu protection, equipped a zinc-plated vidlicu without Cr6. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which provides excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and vrubovú húževnatosť, while nepoškodzuje ani nefarbí floor. Thanks to dvojpákovému mechanizmu brake typu ON/OFF rotation wheel dá rýchlo zablokovať, thereby increases safety and stability. Ball bearing with dvoma radiálnymi ložiskami and krytmi ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, supporting non-marking operation and long service life. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, suitable for nepretržitú operation v demanding conditions.

Bracket 633 series:

Fixed castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake P:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel double-lever ON/OFF version

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
