The design of this rolovacieho castors uses hliníkový wheel centre so reinforced rebrovaním, which is chemicky combined with liateho polyurethane elastomer. Toto nerozoberateľné spojenie guarantees high load capacity, excellent elasticity and absorbciu nárazov, while tread nepoškodzuje ani nefarbí floor. Thanks to dvojitému axial ball bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which allows tichú and maintenance-free operation. Zinc-plated vidlica with montážnym hole na skrutku and mechanizmom brake typu F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety and stability. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, suitable for nepretržitú operation.

Bracket 653 series:

Swivel castor with bolt hole

  • standard version
  • steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
