The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors uses vidlicu z pozinkovanej steel plechu with dvojitým axial bearing, which increases load capacity and durability. Wheel centre z hliníkovej liatiny with rebrovaním ensures strength and antikoróznu protection, while the tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and nepoškodzovanie floors. Thanks to ball ložiskám with krytmi achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which is ideálne for nepretržitú operation na tvrdých aj mäkkých industrial floors with miernymi nerovnosťami. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, which increases safety and stability during použití.

Bracket 673 series:

Swivel castor with plug-in solid stem

  • standard version
  • steel THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
