The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 674 vyrobenú z steel plechu with hrúbkou 4 až 5 mm, zinkovanú without Cr6 for antikoróznu protection, and osadenú axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoča na zabezpečenie dlhodobej spoľahlivosti. Wheel centre is made z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced uzatvoreným rebrovaním, which increases strength and durability, while tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which guarantees high vrubovú húževnatosť and absorpciu záťaže. Thanks to vysoko profilovému oblému tvaru and dobrej elasticite castor nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor, with nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom for lightweight movement. Use dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi ensures bezstopý and quiet operation, ideálne for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor so strednými nerovnosťami and nepretržitou prevádzkou. An ideal choice for applications vyžadujúce durability and gentleness k povrchom.
