Vidlica series 674 HZ is made z steel plechu thickness 4-5 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which guarantees strednú durability and protection against corrosion. Wheel series CPC uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre, which vykazuje high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, allows maintenance-free operation and is odolné to external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia. Thanks to the use of threaded pin for mounting and integrovanej brzde ideálne vyhovuje aplikáciám with trvalou záťažou na rovných polyuretánových floors, while is suitable for short transport distances.

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
