The design series 724 CFZ combines zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 4÷6 mm with teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which resists vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu. Thanks to kovanému and vytvrdzovanému nosnému dielu bearing and dvojitým radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi ensures reliable and dlhotrvajúcu operation. An ideal choice for applications v pekárňach, where teplota pece krátkodobo achieves až +300°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +250°C, which is možné len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CFZ series:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube
