The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 4 až 6 mm, which provides high durability and protection against corrosion. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi guarantees smooth and quiet operation with minimálnym trením, thereby predlžuje service life and reduces údržbu. Tread z vstrekovaného polyamidu is durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, which ho robí vhodným for demanding industrial prostredia. Toto castor is optimalizované for dlhé transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors, where provides stability and reliability during trvalej záťaži, thereby increases efektivitu prepravy and saves čas.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
