The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vidlicu series 724 vyrobenú z pozinkovanej steel with hrúbkou 4 až 6 mm, which guarantees high wear resistance. Wheel centre is made z hliníkovej liatiny so reinforced rebrovaním, which increases strength and antikoróznu protection, while tread z liateho polyurethane elastoméra is chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity and absorpciu záťaže without poškodzovania floors. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which allows non-marking operation and long service life. Mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, suitable for nepretržitú operation v demanding environments.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALUE series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

 Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • green color RAL 6029
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
