The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with hrúbkou 4 až 6 mm, which increases durability against wear. Wheel series CPC is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, ideálne for use na rovných polyuretánových floors. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi achieves non-marking operation and long service life, suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou and dlhšie transport distances. Mechanizmus brake F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, which increases safety and stability during handling.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load

  • long distances (CPB-g)
