The design of this castor includes zinc-plated vidlicu z steel plechu with mounting doskou na four otvory, which ensures stable mounting. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného polyamidu v wheel centre achieves high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam and tukom, thereby is suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, allows non-marking operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, thereby minimises potrebu maintenance. Brzdový mechanizmus typu F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety during handling. This castor is optimal for applications na rovných floors with krátkymi prepravnými vzdialenosťami, where vyžaduje reliability and jednoduchá installation.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors

  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
