The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes hliníkový wheel centre with uzatvoreným rebrovaním, which ensures antikoróznu protection and strength. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is chemicky combined with wheel centre, which increases elasticity and absorbciu, ideálne for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor with miernymi nerovnosťami. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, while brzdový mechanizmus blocks rotation wheel and vidlice for bezpečnú operation. An ideal choice for nepretržitú operation v demanding environments, where important durability and non-marking operation.

Bracket 724 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 4 ÷ 6 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel ALU series:

Wheel center:

  • die-cast aluminium
  • reinforced with closed ribbing
  • corrosion-free
  • aluminium color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity, good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • yellow-brown color
Application:
  • hard and soft industrial floor surfaces
  • mild obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
