The series model 734P CPC is fixed rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, určené for demanding applications. The design uses tvarovo zosilnený steel plech so zvýšenou pevnosťou and zinc-plated vidlicu without Cr6, which ensures high resistance to corrosion. Thanks to vstrekovanému polyamidovému wheel centre is castor chemicky odolné to alkoholom, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, which ho robí vhodným for various industrial prostredia. Use dvojpákového brzdového mechanizmu allows jednoduché ON/OFF zablokovanie rotation wheel, thereby increases safety during handling. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, equipment with trvalou záťažou and prepravu na short (CPC-K) aj dlhšie (CPC-G) vzdialenosti, while dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi ensure smooth and maintenance-free chod.

Bracket 734 series:

Fixed castor with plug-in solid stem

  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake P:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel double-lever ON/OFF version

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K)
  • long distances (CPB-g)

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
