The series model 823 ALU predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with vysoko durable prevedením. Vidlica is made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 5 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which ensures antikoróznu protection. Wheel centre z hliníkovej liatiny is zosilnený uzatvoreným rebrovaním, which increases jeho strength and durability. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastoméra is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu and high load capacity. Tento materiálový spoj contributes k bezstopému chodu, nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor, and zároveň minimises rozbehový and valivý odpor. Dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi v otočnej časti ensure plynulý and quiet movement with low údržbou. Mounting doska na four otvory (príruba) allows simple and bezpečnú installation. An ideal choice for tvrdé aj mäkké industrial floor, mierne nerovnosti and nepretržitú operation, where vyžaduje reliability and gentleness k surface.
