The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 825 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, odolnú against corrosion, and montážnu dosku na four otvory for simple installation. Wheel centre z šedej liatiny (STN 42 2420) with vystuženým load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom increases trvanlivosť, while the liaty polyuretánový elastomér such as tread, non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, offers excellent elasticity and absorbciu vysokých záťaží. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which vedie k bezstopému chodu. Mechanizmus brake T allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, zvyšujúc safety. An ideal choice for straight betónové floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, suitable do nepretržitej operation, where nepoškodzuje and nefarbí surfaces.

Bracket 825 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • pressed steel, THK 5 ÷ 7 mm
  • shaped and hardened bearing
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake T:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel LU series:

Wheel center:

  • one-piece
  • grey cast iron (STN 42 2420)
  • reinforced supporting rib
  • anti-corrosion paint
  • grey color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • brown color
Application:
  • flat concrete floors
  • small obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:
