The design of this castor includes vidlicu z steel plechu thickness 6–7 mm with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which ensures high durability against corrosion. Wheel centre is made z jedného kusu šedej liatiny so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom, while tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which zlepšuje elasticity and absorbciu vysokých záťaží. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, ideálne for straight polyurethane floor, and is primárne určené na nízkozdvižné and vysokozdvižné ručné trolleys, ponúkajúc vrubovú húževnatosť and non-marking operation.
