The design of this castor includes vysoko odolnú oceľovú vidlicu with hrúbkou plechu 12 až 15 mm, lakovanú v sivej farbe, which provides robustnú podporu. Wheel z liatého polyamidu is odolné to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady, thereby hodí for demanding industrial prostredia. Use dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi and kuželíkového bearing v smerovej otoči ensures maintenance-free operation and long service life. Thanks to tejto kombinácii materiálov and ložísk is castor suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou, ponúkajúc reliable výkon na polyuretánových floors.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 12 ÷ 15 mm
  • axial-radial ball bearing and tapered roller bearing in the swivel head
  • lacquered

Wheel CPS series

Casted polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
