The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors series 827 ZU uses vysoko odolnú oceľovú vidlicu with mounting doskou na four otvory, vhodnú for thickness plechu 12 až 15 mm, and pozinkovaný surface for zvýšenú durability against corrosion. Wheel centre is made z tvárnených oceľových plechov with lakovaným sivým náterom, while the tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer, chemicky combined with wheel centre, offers excellent elasticity and absorbciu záťaže without poškodzovania floors. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi and kuželíkovému bearing v smerovej otoči ensures nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, ideálne for nepretržitú operation na tvrdých aj mäkkých industrial floors with miernymi nerovnosťami. Toto kombinácia materiálov and ložísk guarantees non-marking operation and long-term reliability v demanding conditions.
