The design series 827d CPS uses oceľovú vidlicu with hrúbkou 12-15 mm and mounting doskou na four otvory, which ensures stable mounting. Thanks to the use of liatého polyamide wheel centre offers high resistance to corrosion, alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám. Dvojité radiálne ball bearings with krytmi and kuželíkové bearing v smerovej otoči zaručujú plynulý and non-marking operation, suitable for dlhé transport distances. Toto vysoko odolné version with lakovanou sivou farbou is optimalizované for operation na rovných polyuretánových floors v environments with trvalou mechanickou záťažou.

Bracket 827d series:

Double swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • welded steel, THK 12 ÷ 15 mm
  • axial-radial ball bearing and tapered roller bearing in the swivel head
  • lacquered

Wheel CPS series

Casted polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural beige color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • suitable for long distances
