The design of this dvojitého swivel rolovacieho castors includes wheel centre z šedej liatiny so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom, which increases durability. Tread z liatého polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, zabezpečujúc excellent elasticity and absorbciu vysokej záťaže without poškodzovania floors. Thanks to dvojitým radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi and kuželíkovému bearing v smerovej otoči achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, ideálny for nepretržitú operation. Brzdový mechanizmus with dvojpákovým prevedením ON/OFF allows jednoduché zablokovanie rotation wheel. An ideal choice for straight betónové floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, where vyžadujete reliability and non-marking operation.

Bracket 827d series:

Double swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • heavy-duty version
  • welded steel, THK 12 ÷ 15 mm
  • axial-radial ball bearing and tapered roller bearing in the swivel head
  • lacquered
  • grey color

Discription of the brake P:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel double-lever ON/OFF version

Wheel LU series:

Wheel center:

  • one-piece
  • grey cast iron (STN 42 2420)
  • reinforced supporting rib
  • anti-corrosion paint
  • grey color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • brown color
Application:
  • flat concrete floors
  • small obstacles
  • continuous operation

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
