The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake uses vidlicu series 828 with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6, which is vysoko durable and suitable for montáž na steel plech thickness 6 až 10 mm. Wheel centre is made z jednodielnej šedej liatiny so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom, which increases jeho trvanlivosť. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastoméra is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu vysokej záťaže and vrubovú húževnatosť, while nepoškodzuje and nefarbí floor. Thanks to dvom radiálnym ball ložiskám with krytmi achieves nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor, which podporuje non-marking operation. Brzdový mechanizmus typu T locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety. An ideal choice for straight betónové floor with miernymi nerovnosťami, suitable do nepretržitej operation.
