Vidlica series 835 is made z pozinkovanej oceľovej dosky without Cr6, while fixed rolovacie castor uses montážnu dosku na four otvory for spoľahlivé mounting. Wheel centre z hliníkovej zliatiny is zosilnený uzatvoreným rebrovaním with antikoróznym hliníkovým náterom, which increases durability. Tread z liateho polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, absorbciu nárazov and vrubovú húževnatosť. Thanks to the use of dvoch radiálnych guličkových ložísk with krytmi achieves castor maintenance-free chod with nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom.
