The series model CPA uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre, which ensures resistance to corrosion and chemicals, including alkoholu, solí, tukov and zriedených kyselín či zásad. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, allows maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which increases service life v meniacich environments. Toto konštrukčné riešenie is suitable na short transport distances, ponúkajúc reliability and jednoduchosť použitia v industrial and laboratórnych aplikáciách.

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)

Application:

  • devices and machines with min. manipulation

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
