The series model CPB-V predstavuje samostatné wheel with vstrekovaným polyamide wheel centre, which ensures výnimočnú resistance to corrosion and chemicals such as alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. The design uses ihlové bearing with external krúžkom z material wheel centre, oceľovými ihlíčkami tvrdosti 25 HRC and polyamidovou klietkou PA6, which ensures reliable operation during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach. Thanks to the use of polyamidu with prirodzenou bielou farbou is wheel an ideal choice for applications na rovných polyuretánových floors v equipment with trvalou záťažou, where combines nízkú weight with high durability.

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
