The series model CPC-G predstavuje samostatné wheel with vstrekovaným polyamide wheel centre, which ensures excellent resistance to corrosion and chemicals such as alkoholy, soli, tuky či zriedené kyseliny and zásady. The design uses dvojité radiálne ball bearings with krytmi, which ensures plynulý and reliable chod with dlhou service lifeou. Thanks to the use of polyamidu is toto wheel an ideal choice for dlhšie transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors alebo v equipment with trvalou záťažou, where important chemická durability and nízká maintenance.

Wheel CPC series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - ball:

  • two radial ball bearing with sealing covers
