The series model CPC AS uses vstrekovaný polyamide wheel centre with antistatickými vlastnosťami, which is vysoko durable to corrosion and chemicals, such as are alkoholy, soli, tuky and zriedené kyseliny či zásady. Tread z thermoplastic elastomer, v čiernej farbe, provides quiet and gentle chod na polyuretánových floors. The design includes dve radiálne ball bearings with krytmi, thereby increases load capacity and long-term reliability during trvalej záťaži. Thanks to tejto kombinácii is wheel optimálne for applications with dlhými prepravnými vzdialenosťami, ponúkajúc durability and bezstopý operation v industrial environments.

Injection polyamide - antistatic:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • antistatic 105 ≤ R≤ 107 Ω
  • black color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - ball:
