The series model CPC-K uses konštrukčné riešenie with vstrekovaným polyamide wheel centre, which ensures high resistance to corrosion and chemical substances such as alkohol, soli, tuky či zriedené kyseliny and zásady. Klzné bearing z polyamide material guarantees maintenance-free operation with odolnosťou to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to tejto konštrukcii is wheel optimálne for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných polyuretánových floors, where exceluje during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach. Durability to zmene prostredia and chemicals z neho robí reliable voľbu for industrial and logistické využitie.

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K) 
  • long distances (CPB-g) 

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
