The series model CPS uses liaty polyamide wheel centre, which ensures výnimočnú resistance to corrosion and chemicals, including alkoholu, solí, tukov and zriedených kyselín či zásad. The design with dvomi radiálnymi guličkovými ložiskami with krytmi guarantees plynulý and maintenance-free chod, thereby predlžuje service life wheel. Thanks to the use of polyamidu is toto wheel an ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných polyuretánových floors, where potrebná reliability during dlhých prepravných vzdialenostiach. Táto kombinácia material and bearing ensures nielen high load capacity, ale aj quiet and efektívny operating výkon v demanding conditions.

Casted polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural beige color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • suitable for long distances

 

Bearing - ball:
