The series model CZC uses vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre, which provides výnimočnú resistance to vysokým temperatures and mechanickému namáhaniu, thereby zabraňuje prasknutiu. Thanks to klznému bearing tvorenému material diska achieves maintenance-free operation with odolnosťou to dirt and external vplyvom, which is suitable for short transport distances v demanding environments. Use v lakovniach and peciach allows krátkodobú expozíciu teplôt do +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C, which is zabezpečené montážnym kompletom with teflónovým povrchom. Toto wheel combines termoplastickú durability with praktickými výhodami for industrial applications.

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
