The design of this samostatného wheel z rady HLU spočíva v wheel centre vyrobenom zo sivej liatiny and behúňu z liateho polyurethane elastomer, which are non-detachably chemicky spojené, which ensures long-term stability and durability against wear. Thanks to the use of of this material wheel vykazuje dobrú elasticity and schopnosť absorbovať high load, while jeho vrubová húževnatosť minimises riziko poškodenia floors and zabraňuje farbeniu. Model is characterised by nízkym rozbehovým and valivým odporom, which zlepšuje efektivitu movement, and is suitable for use such as hnacie wheel v various industrial and logistics environments. Technické parametre zahŕňajú hardness tread 92° ± 3° Shore And, which contributes k jeho odolnosti and trvanlivosti v demanding conditions.
