The series model LUZ uses jednodielny liatinový wheel centre so reinforced load-bearing rebrom and antikoróznym náterom, which increases jeho durability and service life. Tread z liatého polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably chemicky combined with wheel centre, which ensures excellent elasticity, high únosnosť and vrubovú húževnatosť. Thanks to polyuretánovému material tread nedochádza k poškodzovaniu ani farbeniu floors, and nízky rozbehový and valivý odpor uľahčuje manipuláciu. An ideal choice for nízkozdvižné and vysokozdvižné ručné trolleys na rovných polyuretánových floors, where important reliability and gentleness k surface.

Wheel LUZ series:

Wheel center:

  • one-piece
  • grey cast iron (STN 42 2420)
  • reinforced supporting rib
  • anti-corrosion paint
  • grey color

Tread:

  • casted polyurethane elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and good at preserving floor surfaces
  • non-marking
  • low level of starting and rolling resistance
  • brown color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • primarily intended for pallet trucks and forklift trucks
