The series model PUR uses konštrukčné riešenie with nárazuvzdorným polyamide wheel centre, which is zosilnený load-bearing rebrom and antikorózne farbený do svetlo sivej, thereby increases durability against poškodeniam. Tread z thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is non-detachably mechanicky combined with wheel centre, ponúkajúc dobrú elasticity and absorpciu vysokej záťaže, including vrubovej húževnatosti, thereby minimises wear. Thanks to the use of jedno radiálneho guličkového bearing with cover and zakrytému náboju wheel thread guard cover achieves spoľahlivá and maintenance-free operation. An ideal choice for applications na rovných polyuretánových floors, where podporuje dlhé transport vzdialenosti without poškodzovania surfaces.

Wheel PUR series:

Wheel center:

  • impact-resistant structural polyamide
  • reinforced bearing rib
  • corrosion-resistant
  • light-grey color

Tread:

  • thermoplastic polyurethane-elastomer
  • chemically-bonded inseparable connection with the wheel center
  • good elasticity and absorption of high load capacity
  • notch toughness
  • very good floor preservation
  • non-marking
  • dark-grey color

Použitie:

  • flat polyurethane floors
  • long transport distances

Bearing - ball:

  • one radial ball bearing with sealing covers
  • wheel hub covered with a threaded guard
