The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 z pozinkovanej steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, which provides robustnú and corrosion odolnú štruktúru. Tread is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which guarantees high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, vďaka čomu is suitable for demanding industrial prostredia. Use dvojitého axiálneho bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and guličkových ložísk ensures plynulý and quiet operation, minimalizujúci friction and wear. This castor is optimal for applications with trvalou záťažou na rovných alebo polyuretánových floors, where dlhé transport distances vyžadujú reliable and efektívnu operation.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
