The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm, which is zinc-plated without Cr6, which ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CPB is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and niektorým kyselinám and zásadám v zriedených koncentráciách, with čiernou farbou for estetický vzhľad. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia ensures plynulý and non-marking operation, suitable for equipment with trvalou záťažou. Use includes short transport distances (CPB-K, V) and dlhé transport distances (CPB-g, G), while type bearing - ball with dvomi radiálnymi guličkovými ložiskami with krytmi and nábojom wheel zakrytým thread guard cover, increases trvanlivosť and reliability v demanding prevádzkových conditions.

  • double ball bearing with calibrated races

  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
