Vidlica series 423 predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm with pozinkovaným povrchom without Cr6. Thanks to the use of dvojitého axiálneho bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoče achieves smooth and presný movement. Wheel series CZC is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with prírodnou bielou farbou. An ideal choice for lakovne, where krátkodobá teplota pece achieves až +240°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +150°C. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free operation, resistance to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances.

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:
