The series model 423 CZC predstavuje swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, určené for steel plech with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm. The design includes zinc-plated vidlicu with dvojitým axial bearing and tesnením otoča, which increases resistance to dirt and external vplyvom. Thanks to the use of vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu v prírodnej bielej farbe, tread vykazuje high resistance to temperatures do +150 °C, which ho robí vhodným for krátkodobé use v peciach do +240 °C, najmä during montáži with teflónovým povrchom. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, ensures maintenance-free chod and is odolné to zmenám prostredia, ideálne for short transport distances v industrial aplikáciách.

Bracket 423 series:

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Wheel CZC series:

Injection heat-resistant polyamide:

  • abrasion resistant
  • natural white color

Application:

  • paint shops
  • oven temperature short-term up to +240°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +150 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
