The design series 423 offers swivel rolovacie castor with mounting doskou na four otvory, made z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm. Vstrekovaný teplotne durable polyamide wheel centre v sivo-čiernej farbe is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +250 °C. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otoča ensures smooth and quiet operation. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, allows maintenance-free operation and resistance to dirt and external vplyvom, which ho robí vhodným na short transport distances. Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, thereby increases safety. An ideal choice for pekárne and prostredia with krátkodobou teplotou pece do +300 °C, while teplotná durability platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom.

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide
  • resistant to cracking
  • grey-black color

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C
*temperature resistance only applies when using a teflon tube

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material
  • maintenance-free
  • resistant to dirt and external influences and environmental changes
  • suitable for short distances
