The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 with mounting doskou na four otvory, vyrobenú z steel plechu thickness 3 až 3,5 mm and zinc-plated without Cr6, which increases resistance to corrosion. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otoče ensures plynulý and quiet operation. Mechanizmus brake F locks rotation wheel and vidlice v direction aktuálneho natočenia, poskytujúc bezpečnú stability. Wheel series CFZ is made z vstrekovaného teplotne durable polyamidu, which is durable to vysokým temperatures and prasknutiu, with farbou sivo-čiernou. Use is suitable for pekárne, where teplota pece krátkodobo achieves až +300°C, while teplota wheel nesmie prekročiť +250°C, which platí len during použití montážneho kompletu with teflónovým povrchom. Klzné bearing, tvorené material wheel centre, is bezúdržbové and odolné to dirt, external vplyvom and zmenám prostredia, which ho robí vhodným for short transport distances. Thanks to tejto kombinácii materiálov and technických vlastností castor offers reliable and efektívnu operation v demanding conditions.

Discription of the brake F:

Injected heat-resistant polyamide:

  • highly heat-resistant polyamide

Application:

  • bakeries
  • oven temperature short-term up to +300°C
  • wheel temperature must not exceed +250 °C

Bearing - plain bore:

  • formed by wheel center material

  • suitable for short distances
