The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors includes vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu with hrúbkou 3 až 3,5 mm, which is zinc-plated without Cr6, thereby ensures resistance to corrosion. Wheel series CPB is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which is durable to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, which ho robí vhodným for chemicky demanding prostredia. Thanks to dvojitému axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesneniu otočenia achieves smooth and maintenance-free chod. Brake typu F allows zablokovanie rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction, thereby increases safety and stability during preprave. An ideal choice for straight polyurethane floor, where vyžaduje trvalá záťaž and dlhé transport distances, while ball bearing with krytmi and thread guard cover hub ensures reliability and long service life.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
