The design of this swivel rolovacieho castors with brake includes vidlicu series 423 vyrobenú z steel plechu hr. 3 ÷ 3,5 mm with pozinkovaním without Cr6, which increases resistance to corrosion. Tread is made z vstrekovaného polyamidu, which provides high chemickú resistance to alkoholu, soliam, tukom and zriedeným kyselinám či zásadám, ideálne for various industrial prostredia. Dvojité axial bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and tesnením otočenia ensures smooth and maintenance-free chod, while the mechanizmus brake F blocks rotation wheel and vidlice v current direction for zvýšenú safety. Thanks to ball bearing with dvoma radiálnymi ložiskami and thread guard cover hub is wheel suitable for dlhé transport distances na rovných polyuretánových floors, while mounting doska na four otvory allows jednoduché mounting for trvalú záťaž.

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Injection polyamide:
