The series model 423 is designed such as swivel rolovacie castor with brake, where mounting doska na four otvory allows jednoduché mounting na steel plech thickness 3 až 3,5 mm. The design includes polyamidový tread, which is durable to corrosion and chemicals such as alkoholy, soli and tuky, which ho robí vhodným for various industrial prostredia. Thanks to ihlovému bearing with kalibrovanými dráhami and klietkou z polyamidu PA6 ensures smooth chod during krátkych prepravných vzdialenostiach, while brzdový mechanizmus locks rotation wheel and vidlice for zvýšenú safety. An ideal choice for applications with trvalou záťažou na polyuretánových floors, where zinkovaná vidlica without Cr6 contributes k dlhovekosti and bezstopému chodu.

Swivel castor with top plate (4 bolt holes)

  • pressed steel, THK 3 ÷ 3,5 mm
  • double ball bearing with calibrated races
  • swivel head seal
  • zinc-plated, Cr6-free

Discription of the brake F:

  • the brake system prevents the rotation of the wheel and bracket in the direction of the current rotation

Wheel CPB series:

Injection polyamide:

  • corrosion-free
  • high chemical resistance to alcohol, salts, fats, some acids and bases in dilute concenrations (see spreadsheet chemical resistance of materials)
  • natural white color

Application:

  • even polyurethane floors
  • equipment with a permanent load
  • short distances (CPB-K, V) 
  • long distances (CPB-g, G) 

Bearing - roller:

  • the outer ring of the bearing formed by the wheel center material
  • steel needles, hardness 25 HRC
  • polyamide cage PA6
  • suitable for short distances
